FLUSHtec: technical highlights
Standards
Flush performance testing to EN 997 and AS 1172, other standards on request.
Tests supported
Plastic ball test, sawdust test, toilet paper test, oversplash check and flush volume measurement.
Camera ball counting
An industrial camera outlines the ejected balls on the screen and returns the exact count and the pass percentage, so the result does not depend on the operator.
Backlit collection drawer
A draining grid with an LED backlight gives the camera maximum contrast on every ball.
Two ways to measure water volume
An inductive ring sensor and a high-precision balance.
Closed-loop water circuit
A pump and filter recover and reuse the same water, which keeps tests repeatable and consumption low.
Three flushing setups
The standard transparent graduated EN 997 cistern with pneumatic flush valve, a module for commercial concealed cisterns (Geberit shown), and a setup for ceramic close-coupled cisterns.
Operator station
A wheeled trolley with a touch-screen industrial PC and TEC4SAN software. It selects pan type and test, controls water fill and drain, shows the live camera image, and logs each test (number, balls, percentage) with export or print of the report.
Modular build
Anodised aluminium frame on wheels, with a wheeled tray to position the pan quickly.
